The Literati conducted its first Film Club screening of the semester on the 1st of July, 2017. It took place after college hours at Sky View, Central Block. The screening was attended by ProfessorDaniel Gnanaraj, along with a number of the club’s members, and several non-members as well.
The movie aired, after coming to a collective consensus amongst the members, was one of Michel Gondry’s most highly regarded works, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

After the screening, a discussion took place, where the participants were given the opportunity tovoice out their opinions that dealt with various aspects of the movie, which included their own analysis,interpretations, insights, etc. All in all, it was a promising start.
